Thanks for asking, but I don't do custom orders.

I only ship plush toys to Canada and the USA at this time. I do ship most other items to most locations worldwide.

My studio is smoke free. My studio is NOT pet free. I have cats. I do store all items I make in clean, cat free storage locations once I make them.

I hand make most of the items in my shop. I use production partners for materials (like a fabric printing service, or a card printer) for some of my items. I always list if I use a production partner in my listings. I design, brand and package all products and orders in my artist's studio.

My dolls are all completely sewn by me, in the studio.

You can access your download in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account.

Usually it is a ZIP file, which will include all the pages or images included in the listing. Once you have download it, you can double click (or click, or extract, depending on your computer or iPad) and all the files will be included in the folder that appears.

These images are Personal Use Digital Artwork created by Tara Fortin. This means that you can use the images for personal projects, but you cannot use them to make items to sell.
